I'd actually argue this is a great thing for crypto and here's why...

We live in a digital economy and its growing at a breakneck pace. Soon enough our digital lives will be more important than our physical ones, and we could argue that's already the case.

Crypto is the vehicle that will take us furthest into this digital economy; it's the most important invention this decade bar none.

Granted, this will make us more Orwellian but what can you do, nothings stopping this train.
